A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house from the roof to the foundation. Whether you are buying or selling, knowing the condition of the house guarantees a fair and smooth transaction, especially given today's high cost of real estate.
The Inspection
Inspection Safeguards:
We offer a 90 day limited structural and mechanical home warranty and a 90 day sewer guard policy to help clients gain a measure of protection and peace of mind. The
technical sheets explain the limited warranty and policy coverage provided by Residential Warranty Services, Inc. (RWS)
We offer a manufacturer's recall check on built-in appliances. Within 48 hours of your inspection, you will receive a RecallChek report via email indicating whether any of the appliances have outstanding recalls. In the event there is a recall on an appliance, the following information will be provided: the nature of the recall, where the product was sold and how to remedy the defect - including how to get the item repaired or replaced free of charge.
Scheduling
We offer quick, flexible scheduling for your convenience. You may schedule your home inspection via telephone or on this website.
Your Participation
We encourage you to attend the inspection and participate in the process. You will be able to observe our inspector and ask questions as you learn about the home's condition, how its systems work and how to maintain it. A typical home inspection takes approximately three hours.
The Report
Our detailed reports are computer-generated using state-of-the-art home inspection software and you can expect the following:

- valuable information to address any deficient areas
- color-coded narrative for clarity

Our reports will normally be available within 24 hours following the inspection and accessible by e-mail, online or delivery. We encourage potential clients to view our sample report available from the home page. We also provide a home maintenance checklist in your inspection binder.
