Schedule Inspection
A client or third party can simply click on the schedule inspection icon at their convenience, choose an appointment time and enter the following information:
- property attributes
- client, buyer and seller agent data
Once the data is entered, a fee is calculated prior to you confirming an appointment. All parties will immediately receive an email confirmation and our client's confirmation will include a link to review and electronically sign their inspection agreement. After the inspection report is completed within 24 hours of the inspection, our clients and authorized parties will receive an email with a link to access the report.
